Margit - there is a flower shape available from Swarovski's - it looks like a Daisy. Number is 3700 - 10mm and the loveliest color IMO is "Vitrail Med". This one is sooo yummy !
Wow, this is stunning!! I can't really help you choose a special bead for the center, I don't know what's out there because I have not experienced all these wonderful things before. I am sure whatever you choose will look just amazing :)
