Japanese Garden Mandala

Hi everyone!!! I neglected to introduce myself in my previous post. :D

I'm Joyce and it's sooooo nice to have you guys here. I started stitching when I was about 11, but didn't really get serious about until I was in college. I've always been in love with Chatelaine but it wasn't till last year that I took the plunge and started the Japanese Garden Mandala. Well, the rest, like they say, is history!! :D

It was started around Jan. 20th, 2010 and finished Aug. 1st, 2010. It is stitched on Antique White 32ct Jobelan with recommended threads.

Here are some pictures of the finish. So as to not overload the post, more close-up pics can also be found in my blog and album.

Finished!!!!

oooohhh What is that beautiful ..... really nice! It is a work of art! Also on the antique white fabric is beautiful and the passe partout in blue and the frame is the finishing touch!
