Hawaii

Over the weekend, I finally finished part 1 of Hawaiian Mandala.  Hoping to start the pineapples tonight.

Stitched on 28ct monaco with NPI converted to DMC and the remaining silks converted to HDF silks.

I like the contrast against the dark fabric. Are you going to have to change any threads because of the background? Nice start.

Elizabeth Clark, so far the only color I've changed is the NPI 993 (black) I've changed it to the same color as I converted from SNC Pond Scum as this was recommended by Martina years ago.

Thanks. I'm looking forward to watching this grow. Hawaii holds a special place in my heart and at some point I'll have to pick another garden to start.
