Konstantinople Part 6
I had been stitching! I used my time at home to do the new part of Konstantinople. The buildings have so many small detail and there is no space without backstitching!
The outer pilars I did all with rice-stitches. Martina's new instructions came too late for me. But
with all that detail and the tousands of beads who will notice?
Happy stitching

It is gorgeous! I am glad you are stitching again.
What were the rice stitches in the pillars supposed to be? I think they are very pretty this way.
It is stunning, Margit! I love how the pillars look!
Margit, this is looking sooooo beautiful!!!! Hmmm... I don't know how Martina charted the pillars, but your rice stitches are beautiful! :D
It's gorgeous! The colors are stunning! I would never know that it's not supposed to be rice stitches
It looks fabulous! And I agree about the rice stitches...who would know?

It's beautiful. Grats on your progress!
HI Margit, wonderful to see u are still stitching this one! It looks beautiful and i also learned too late about the different stitches on the pillars. Do you find you are running low on the green delicas? I had to order more. :(
Margit I agree with everyone else here regarding the rice stitches, I think they look fabulous! The colors on this one are just incredible! Now I want this one too! WOW! I MEAN WOW!
Thank you, girls!
Martina created another very very nice Mandala!
@Ana:
I had to use the green beads from another project to get all 8 pilars done. I think there are much more than 360 beads needed......
